Partner terms
Plain English. Effective October 2026.
1. What you earn
20% of the merchandise amount on every order placed by a customer who registered at the storefront with your code or through your link. Merchandise means the product subtotal after any discount, before shipping and tax. Refunded, cancelled, charged-back or fraudulent orders do not count, and if one is reversed after you were paid, the amount comes off your next payout.
2. When you are paid
Monthly. An order becomes payable 30 days after it is paid. Payouts go out by the 15th for everything payable at the end of the previous month, by Zelle or PayPal, once you have at least $50 owed. Smaller balances roll forward.
3. Taxes
You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent. We will ask for a W-9 before your first payout and issue a 1099 when the law requires it. Taxes on what you earn are yours.
4. Your code and link
They are for your audience. You may not use them on your own orders, share them with coupon or cashback sites, or let others use them as if they were theirs. We may change your code if it conflicts with another.
5. The rules
The partner rules are part of these terms. We may update them and will tell you in the partner group when we do.
6. Ending the partnership
Either side can end it at any time. We may remove a partner immediately for breaking the rules, for conduct that harms the brand, or if we close or change the program. Commission already payable is still paid unless it was forfeited under the rules. Commission on orders that have not reached 30 days when a partner is removed for cause is forfeited.
7. Disclosure
US law requires you to tell your audience that you are paid. Use the exact line in the rules on every post that includes your link or code.
8. No guarantees
We do not promise any level of income, traffic or conversion. Tracking is done by the storefront's access code and discount code systems; if tracking is missing on an order, we will try to attribute it by hand, but we cannot promise it.
9. Products
Everything sold at the storefront is for laboratory research use only. Partners agree they will not market anything as being for human or veterinary use.
10. Privacy
We keep your application details, your payout details and your order attribution records. We do not sell them. Customer details stay with the store; your dashboard shows order counts and amounts, not customer identities.
